REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

 

Sessions begin every Monday throughout the year. We recommend arriving on the Thursday prior to the start of your classes as this will allow you to register on Friday, participate in a new student orientation, weekend excursions and settle in before classes begin the following  Monday. Please understand that students who have registered on Friday will receive priority in class assignments. If after Placement interview and written exam, there is no available group at your same level of Spanish, you will be assigned in a Private Class (one-on-one), but instead of having 6 hrs in a group class, you will have 4hrs of private instruction without paying any extra fee.

 

We cannot give any discounts or refunds for missed classes and housing due to late arrival.

 

Please forward your registration form by mail, fax or e-mail directly to the contact information listed on the back cover. The registration form should be accompanied by a non-refundable $100usd deposit fee. This fee will be applied towards the total program bill. The deposit fee must be made by WIRE TRANSFER to our MX Bank account. Please ask for  details.   

 

AT THE INSTITUTE, WE ACCEPT VISA/MARTECARD cards. There are also many ATM machines in México that accept all major networks. Be aware that a PASSPORT is required for all bank transactions.

*Any request for customized classes (specific vocabulary or topics),
will be charged as Individual/Customized Instruction, and scheduled 
after 2:20 p.m.

Room and Board with a Mexican family, including three meals a day

The above fees are subject to change without prior notice.

 

*Effective in March, April, September, October and November only.  No additional discounts can be applied during these months.

**We are not able to guarantee private rooms during summer months.

NOTE: The second consecutive full month of study entitles you to a 10% tuition discount off tuition, the third and successive months entitle you to a 15% discount off tuition. In order to get the monthly rate or to obtain the discounts, you must pay the entire amount in advance.

Group Discounts Available.

These tuition costs include the following services provided by Cuauhnáhuac: 

- School supplies: Textbook, notebook, pen, and art workshop materials.
- Orientation of school, school services, and city information. City Tour available upon request.
- Access to school recreational facilities: Monday to Friday until 8 pm and Saturdays until 3 pm.

Holidays 2021

In observation of Mexican National Holidays, Cuauhnáhuac will be closed on the following dates. There are no discounts or make ups for missed classes. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the Mexican celebrations.

Refunds 

A 15% penalty fee of the current balance will be applied for emergencies or any cancellations made 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Cuauhnáhuac does not give refunds for early withdrawal due to a change in student’s plans. There are no discounts or refunds for missed days due to excursions, weekend trips or for other days that students do not spend with their host family. Once the student has registered for an excursion, reimbursement will not be provided. Additionally, in case of the school closing due to governmental orders, a refund will also be denied. No refunds or re-scheduling of excursions will be permitted due to weather.
