AT THE INSTITUTE, WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH AND TRAVELER'S CHECKS. We recommend bringing traveler's checks for spending money. There are also many ATM machines in México that accept all major networks. Be aware that a PASSPORT is required for all bank transactions.

The above fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

*Effective in March, April, September, October and November only. Any additional discounts can not be applied during these months.

** We are not able to guarantee private rooms during summer months.

NOTE: The second consecutive full month of study entitles you to a 10% tuition discount off tuition, the third and successive months entitle you to a 15% discount off tuition. In order to get the monthly rate or to obtain the discounts, you must pay the entire amount in advance.


These tuition costs include the following services provided by Cuauhnáhuac:

- School supplies: Textbook, notebook, pen, and art workshop materials.
- Orientation of school, school services, and city information. City Tour available upon request.
- Access to computers and e-mail daily, to receive/send messages using: student@cuauhnahuac.edu.mx
- Doctor's office available Monday to Friday mornings for minor needs.
- Access to school recreational facilities: swimming pool, basketball/volleyball court, ping-pong, billiards, gardens, etc. Monday to Friday until 8 pm and Saturdays until 3 pm.
- Occasional parties and gatherings which the school organizes for students on campus.


Holidays

In observation of Mexican National Holidays, Cuauhnáhuac will be closed on the following dates. There are no discounts or make ups for missed classes. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the Mexican celebrations.

Refunds

In order to have fees refunded, a student must obtain the Institute administration's approval. The Institute does not give refunds due to a change in student's plans. There are no discounts or refunds for missed days due to excursion, weekend trips or for other days you do not spend with your host family. Students who are unable to complete their program due to an emergency may receive a refund or credit for the remaining balance. Please notify the Spanish Department and the Administration as soon as possible. There is a $100.00 administrative fee for all refunds.
